Today I started the couch to 5k challenge using the @bbc app. I’ve never run properly but decided I need a new challenge. With the guidance of the lovely @jowhiley I haven’t trained in about a month. Had a hell of a lot going on which has got in the way. - I’ve gained about 9lb in weight and feeling very deflated. My mental health hasn’t been good either. Before you say it - yes I know how much exercise helps keep the mind clear! But when you’re in the darkness it’s such a tough place to get out of.
