Just noticed I have 50 followers! Thank you SO much! xx

Just a quick post today:

I always said when I first started blogging – “if I can help just one person, then that makes it all worthwhile.” (I now realise that this is the most common quote on 99% of other blogs too!) – (in that case it’s a generous 1 out of 10 for originality to me!) LOL

It is really overwhelming for me to see that I now have 50 fine people following my content. This means I must be appealing to some of you? I realise that I am probably an acquired taste, but I will always be 100% honest about my journey through life and my suffering of a mental illness. This isn’t the kind of stuff you can make up. Nobody choses to have a mental illness. Nobody wants to be battling against their mental health every day and for over 20 years. Some things you can’t create or imagine. For me, this is all real life! This is not all in my head. It is straight from the heart. First hand experiences, of what most will define as unimaginable.

I wish I had the creativity to post more, but my main objective is to use this as a kind of self-help therapy. To also know that it is helping a few of you at the same time is mind blowing. I can take a lot of pride and satisfaction from knowing my own experiences of mental illness, are helping others to realise that they are not alone. There are others out there who are suffering the same way as you. Because when you are in the depths of depression, or feeling extreme anxiety, it’s very easy to feel like you are the only person in the world who has ever felt this way! You convince yourself of this. I know I did anyway.

But anyway, I just wanted to say “thank you so much”!

You really have no idea how amazing it makes me feel. Seriously.

I will try to post more, but we all know it isn’t that easy. I prefer to keep it natural, and post when something comes to my mind without prompting.

Please like and share my blog if you can spare a moment.

All the best.
